From Sarah:My Great German Grandma lived on a small farm in Wisconsin, My  great grandparents had 9 kids. A Huge white farmhouse. They had an outhouse. Grandpa fetched water with a YOKE.
One summer when I was visiting, my great grandma taught me to make hog maw. When we started butchering on my parent’s farm, my grandparents and all of use made hog maw. Scrapple…You name it , we made it.
