OCTOBER’S  ONGOING PAY IT FORWARD CHALLENGE
 ALL MONTH LONG
PUT YOUR CELL PHONE AWAY

Put your cell Phone away while in the company of others.
Learn to always to this.

Turn the volume way down or off while eating out. If you have to have it out, mute it.
When it rings or you make a call, leave the table and go outside to a rest room or hallway.
It is plain RUDE to talk in front of someone, especially someone YOU DON’T KNOW.

Restaurant gives incentive for checking cellphone at the door

Sorry, this is a PET PEEVE I have. Just ask Danny. (Although he is really good about going outside when work interferes.)

SOMETIME IN OCTOBER:
Have a cleanup party at a beach or park.

Or clean up the trash along  a section of highway or road near your house.

EVERY DAY
Tell Your Husband / Wife that you love them.

If not the words then by your actions.

Show your love.
FOR ME: THIS WILL BE A TOUGH ONE. I used to tell Danny all the time that I loved
him. I told him all sorts of good, positive things. Every day.
Then I stopped, because he never said the words back.
I stopped doing a lot of nice things to make him feel special.

Danny I Love You. Say It Sarah.

My goal is to say those words now and then.
Do more to show him that I love him.
Try NOT to get upset when he won’t say them back.
Try NOT to get upset when I don’t hear the PLEASE and THANK YOUS.

SAY PLEASE AND THANK YOUS AT HOME AND WHEN YOU ARE OUT.
IT WILL MAKE OTHERS FEEL BETTER AND IT JUST MIGHT MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER AS WELL.

MOST IMPORTANTLY :
TELL YOUR CHILDREN YOU LOVE THEM DAILY.
AND OFTEN

Good Morning Text Messages:
http://www.goodmorningtextmessages.com/

Danny and I spent the first 2 years of our relationship miles away from each other, I was in Colorado. He was here in Florida.
I have hundreds and hundreds of cards, letters and postcard from him.
He has 2 0r 3 times as many.
He kept all of the mail from me.
At first he put them in a nice and colorful box.
Then he got another box and so on.
We would text and talk to each other at the same time.

Except for maybe the first month, I would call him at 5:45 AM. I was his ALARM clock.
Remember, I was 2 hours behind him…

Throughout the day we would call and text each other. We emailed.
We never had trouble finding things to say or to talk about.
We were up until 2-3-4 -All NIGHT.
Each and every night, Danny would call right before he went to bed.
If he fell asleep, he would call as soon as he woke up.

We never slept much back in those day.

At the grocery store:
Let the person behind you go first.
Compliment a well behaved child.
Help someone with their groceries.

Will I be doing any of these?
As Many As I CAN DO.
I may not get to the grocery store but I will follow up when I can get there.
