Motivational and Inspirational Quotes

Motivational and Inspirational Quotes For Thursday.
How is your week going so far?
This is turning out to be a really good week.
Danny was off most of Monday. All of Tuesday. He took Wednesday , Thursday and Friday off and will work ANOTHER weekend. He hasn’t had a weekend off in over 2 months.

The last time he was off at all is when I was in the hospital. Then, with the exception of a few days he still worked as much as he could.
We have been that short handed.

I love Audrey Hepburn. She was such a classy lady.
We can still learn a lot from her.

I am remembering. Good Times are ahead.

Still Working on this one.

Looking Back can be a good thing as long as you remember it’s the now that counts.I have enjoyed remembering how Danny and I met. How we got together.
It is making it easier to forge ahead.
I am moving on…We are moving on…Together.

Happiness is a journey that is sometimes hard to achieve. Once you get achieve it, you must work hard to keep it. You can’t just let your life settle into a rut.

Visiting Danny the first time was like that for me. I left the security of Colorado to travel to meet a man, I loved but had never even met in person.

To be really happy with Danny, I need to find a way to deal with the summers here in Florida.
I love him.
I really really HATE Florida in the Spring and Summer. Part of the Fall as well.
Even today(Wednesday night/ early morning writing this) I got a Little Moody. A Little Grouchy.

Why?
Because it was 86 outside and I had to shut the windows once again. I was hot all day.

I stand for a lot of things.

I use to fall for more than I do now. Now I don’t trust as well. It takes me awhile to trust. When I do: I will stand tall and fight bravely.

Have a wonderful Thursday. Enjoy the fall weather I hope most of you are having.
Love From Our Neck Of The Woods,
Sarah

Reposting this. Mainly because I am still having trouble posting and sharing this kind of post.
This is one of my better Motivational posts as well as sharing what was happing with Danny and I.
It is now December. We are still breaking heat records. I am having a few days when I can open the windows. More days than not the AC is still on.
Tow days ago though, we broke a high…. The AC was on. A few hours later it was in the upper 50’s….Chilly AND DAMP….WET OUT. The heat was on briefly. First time in MONTHS.
Yesterday, 80’s …… RAINY 2.7 inches. AC back on.
We are SWAMPED at the park……THIS IS OUR BUSY SEASON.
It is also my FAVORITE TIME OF YEAR. ADVENT. I am doing a lot of Bible Studies. It’s been good for me.
I miss you all. I miss posting and sharing like I WANT to.
Have an awesome weekend. Love Sarah

This was very uplifting. How can someone not love Audrey Hepburn?! Gosh, I’m right there with you hating hot weather! It’s not much better in East Tennessee; in fact, I’d venture it’s worse because we have no nearby beaches. Although the nights have finally gotten cool, the afternoons are still hovering in the low 80s. EERRR! I’m not comfortable until the 70’s are a hot, sticky memory. I should live in Minnesota, I think.

    1. Tracey, Where we are in Florida, we don’t get the effects from the coast either. I wish we would. It would be about 10 degrees cooler and the humidity would be lower.
Our nights haven’t really cooled down yet. Still in the lower 70’s most of the time. So the house stays at 74. That is just too hot for sleeping.
Low 80’s are good for Florida. Not for me. I love 50’s and 60’s . Danny would freeze. He ACTUALLY put a jacket on in here the other night. We had the windows oped for 2 days.
Not cool enough but I couldn’t stand them closed. It was 74 in here.
I literally wanted to shoot him.
      LOL
Minnesota has the hot and humid summers and the cold COLD Damp Winters. I love it there.
I would have trouble with the dampness now though.
      Hugs

Ah, well, I feel better about East Tennessee now, but awful for you! At least the humidity and heat are gone during the nights. We’ve had our first frosts! Yay! Your Danny sounds like my Carl; I freeze Carl sometimes, but he’s learned to just put on a jacket!
74?! No way? I keep my AC at 67.
