Sleeping The Day Away And A Vent

I am feeling human once more. My body is past the burning stage of pain. I went to bed early last night. Managed to get Danny off this morning and went back to sleep right away, Was up for a short while before he got home at 3PM. Crashed at 4:30. Slept soundly until 9 PM.
He’s off the next two days. As far as I know we don’t have to go anywhere.

THE VENT:
Our neighbors come Tuesday.

I have not gotten over being angry about that.
They just caused too much trouble last winter/spring. I don’t like people who cause trouble for others, especially when they involved Danny and I.

It’s hard to ignore them when they get here.
He starts making noise around 7 AM. (If not earlier)
They yell back and forth to each other all day long.

He will keep the bunkhouse side looking great. I don’t have the time or the health to do it.
He just doesn’t care that I sleep during the morning sometimes.
They are supposed to observe the same rules at the campground over here.
QUIET time is til 9 AM.
No loud noises during the day.

I understand working because I have to do it also. Lawn mowers and tractors make noise. So do blowers.
We live in the country. He starts blowing the leaves  as soon as he gets up/ The leaves don’t neem blown every morning.

I see them outside my windows where I sit every day.
They complain because I watch them all day. I look outside ALL day at the animals Over here? Yes, I look at them as well. I can’t not look at them. They will be right across from the house. Straight across from where I look out.
Vent Over.

I plan to go back to my usual daily posts as much as I can.
We are starting another phase of our Renovation Project here on Rolling Meadows Ranch.
That is welcome news. Exciting news.

Have an awesome week. I will try and get through my comments as soon as I can. Starting on Monday.
I look forward to catching up with everyone. Reading your blogs.
Enjoy the quotes and photos.

The bed is a bundle of paradoxes: we go to it with reluctance, yet we quit it with regret; we make up our minds every night to leave it early, but we make up our bodies every morning to keep it late. ~Charles Caleb Colton

You Can Call Me Flower if You Want To…
A flock of sheep that leisurely pass by
One after one; the sound of rain, and bees
Murmuring; the fall of rivers, winds and seas,
Smooth fields, white sheets of water, and pure sky –
I’ve thought of all by turns, and still I lie
Sleepless…

    1. Yeah,
They have already started trouble and they aren’t even here yet.
I try and keep our yard, the bunkhouse and the entrance in and out mowed…..A mile in and back out.
Needless to say, I got behind. I knew they would be here so I made sure there section was ALL mowed LAST week. They have already called to SAY it BETTER Be mowed before they get here.
They are volunteers. Part of their job is to mow that area.
It looked good and yet, staff mowed it again today. Do you know how that made me feel? Even Danny told me it didn’t need to be mowed.
Gen, I don’t have to mow any of it.
      Especially outside of our yard.
      GRRRRR.
I am actually in good spirits. It is cooler outside.
Windows are opened. Still too warm for me but it is a start.
      How are you?
Have a great rest of the week?

I love the pictures, and love the vent even more! Hope they choose to sleep in a little later, and make a LOT less noise this time! Enjoy your week! 🙂

    1. Sheridan,
After what happened with them today and yesterday, I am surprised STAFF is still letting them come. They aren’t even here yet and they caused a lot of trouble. I can’t say what happened but it is amazing what phone calls can stir up. For once I am glad we have bad cell service so we didn’t get calls. Just emails. They gave us a lot of demands.
I have never had any one stir me up as much over silly stuff and most of it is silly.
It is going to be interesting here for awhile.
How are you doing? I can’t even keep up with my daily posts and checking emails any more. It has been way too long since I have paid you a visit. Here’s to an awesome rest of the week, Love Sarah
