  1. My new year’s resolution is to meditate daily. So far, I’ve succeeded (well, at least for the last 22 days!) and I feel so much better for it. Calmer. More peaceful, and definitely more energetic.

    1. I am still struggling with it. Danny’s schedule is so erratic that I have trouble winding down. Calming down sometimes. I am not a morning person, so Am working on a number of issues.
      I am listening to more music and that is helping me to relax. I am getting there. Slowly.
      I have been calmer. Hormones issues have been better and Danny and I are doing good. Everything helps.
      How is everything otherwise? I’ve been remiss about visiting like I should.

      1. I begin my day at 5:30 a.m. with classical music, and end it with classical also. Calming, soothing, and in so many ways, the instruments tell the story of hope over sadness, joy over pain.
