I love how these sweet potatoes are prepared. Cutting into chunks and not mashed, gives the potatoes a bit of extra texture. The sweet sauce poured on top is amazing! Of course, I had to top with a bit more marshmallows. This will be an impressive side dish at your holiday gathering.
