It’s easy to be motivated when you’re just starting a new workout or just committed to something new, but after all that excitement fades and the reality of the hard work ahead kicks in, it can be hard to get the same sort of motivation that you started out with. I’ve been working out at least four days a week for ten years now, so here are some tips on how Istay motivated through the tough times.
Take one day at a time – Change doesn’t happen overnight, but it will happen as long as you don’t give up! It took me a long time before I saw any progress that I was happy with so I know it can be frustrating when you’re not seeing the changes you want, but if you keep exercising and eating well all of a sudden you’ll start to notice differences in your body.
