Raw Chocolate bites. OH yeah.
It’s not a secret that I love chocolate, I love it so much I eat it every single day. But you can have too much of a good thing so I wanted to find a healthier way to get my chocolate fix, something I could just grab when I’m too tired to do anything except open a box and eat. I came up with these raw chocolate bites a few months ago and now they are a regular staple in my fridge. Using Medjool dates will give these balls a lovely caramel texture but if you can’t get them don’t let that put you off, I only ever use soft pitted dates as they are much cheaper and easier to get hold of. I just soak the dates in some water the night before I want to make them.
