Writing 101 Assignment on Vignettes – Why It’s Been Such A Challenge To Me Thursday, September 24, 2015

This was written Years ago. I still hate the word. “Vignette”.

Sarah's Attic Of Treasures

The word VIGNETTES is not in my vocabulary. It is not a word I would ever use. It doesn’t feel comfortable to me.
I am almost positive I hadn’t used the word in any form when my mind was at it’s best.
It’s a word that confuses me.
My mind sometimes has a “MIND” Of it’s Own.
It make certain things seem harder than they really are.
No matter how many posts I read about Vignettes the more my mind refused to open and accept. I can’t  explain what I am dealing with or why it is so difficult,

I am going to tell you what I have done concerning this word. Some of my research.
A few months ago, shortly after I started this blog I kept seeing posts about vignettes.

My real name is Debra (Debbie Sue). Sarah is a nickname given to me in high school. My husband has always called me that so here in Florida It's all I am known by. I was born and raised in Illinois. My son and I moved to Colorado in 1982. I taught school for 17 years. Then I ran a homeschooling/preschool/daycare until 2006 when I moved to Florida after my son, Bobby died suddenly. He was almost 26. Danny and I live and work at a state park here. I miss the mountains and climate of Colorado. I miss snow and the four seasons. I miss Bobby.
