I’m not a waffle fan but these actually look good.

These make a great “bun” or “pizza crust” for mini pizzas. They give you the protein without blowing your fat macro. This also lets you add in things like avocado and bacon on your sandwich.
Toss ingredients into a blender or food processor. Pulse until smooth.
- 200 g cooked chicken breast (I used canned & drained.)
- 165 g broccoli, cooked from frozen (I used cooked, riced broccoli.)
- 230 g raw egg (4-5 large eggs or 4 extra large eggs)
- 10 g dried, minced onion
- 10 g rosemary garlic blend (Your spices can be changed up to reflect the flavor you way. Caraway seed would make a rye-type waffle. Oregano & garlic would make an Italian flavor.)
