via Sausage Hash
Sometimes all you want to do is chuck a bunch of chopped vegetables in a pan and cook it for a bit of time before you serve up. This sausage hash is great for a lazy morning breakfast, maybe after a big night for New Year’s Eve.
It doesn’t require much seasoning, just salt, pepper and paprika. I also used a special roasted garlic and pepper spice mix that I have, but it’s not necessary.
