    Great video Sarah, Iv’e worked with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, I always encouraged some kind of movenment. If they attended a day program, I encouraged the staff to come up with some sort of moving plan that would meet individual needs. The folks who were able loved participating in the dance/ exercise songs. Thanks for sharing. ~~Blessings~
