WOW!. I have seen a few of these kind of posts about Beth Moore and other women teachers lately. Doing some soul searching/Studying of my own.
How do you feel?
My real name is Debra (Debbie Sue). Sarah is a nickname given to me in high school. My husband has always called me that so here in Florida It's all I am known by. I was born and raised in Illinois. My son and I moved to Colorado in 1982. I taught school for 17 years. Then I ran a homeschooling/preschool/daycare until 2006 when I moved to Florida after my son, Bobby died suddenly. He was almost 26. Danny and I live and work at a state park here. I miss the mountains and climate of Colorado. I miss snow and the four seasons. I miss Bobby.

Thank you for re-posting the link to my recent essay about Beth Moore. Did you have a chance to read it? What did you think of the verses in it and the way the case was laid out biblically? You mentioned that you’re soul searching, has your soul searching yielded anything of value to you yet? The Lord is gracious to spark that in us.
You might have been seeing posts like this about Beth Moore just lately, but a lot of people have been noticing her teaching errors and critiquing her on them for a long time. This link will take you to a compendium of critiques written by me, other women, and pastors/theologians going back as far as 2011, 2013. https://the-end-time.org/2017/12/03/all-beth-moore-critiques-here-in-one-place-newest/ You might find something there that resonates.
Please don’t hesitate to ask me anything or comment back on what you read. Not what you feel, but the truth of the issue, because no matter how we might feel about a teacher or a teacher critiquing the teacher, the only thing that matters is, “Is it biblical?” 🙂 Thanks again, sister!
I have mixed feelings about Beth Moore. I have read and reread everything. It’s hard when you have been studying from a certain source and then you start asking questions about the source.
So I keep reading more and more.
