Wednesday, Day 9 : Health And Wellness/
It’s been a very dark and gloomy day.
We need rain and it’s only drizzled.
Feeling a bit better this morning. I could move without wanting to SCREAM.

Since I was up all night again, I went to bed around 9:30 this morning. I got Danny up and out the door. He was not in the best mood. In fact, I would not have been surprised if the park would have sent him home.
They Didn’t. They needed him to badly.
I did not let his mood ruin my morning like it usually does.
After he left, I emptied the KITTY LITTER. That needed to be done 2 weeks ago.

I went for a very short walk. Considering how hard it’s been to PUSH me out the door….THAT WAS A MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENT. It was 79 degrees.
Everything was saturated from the dew.
It looked rain. I wanted it to pour while I was outside.
It didn’t. Just drizzled.

I walked to the end of our driveway and to the right a little ways.

At least the kitchen Seems brighter. More cheerful.

Wore myself out taking a shower but at least it made me feel better.

Not the most appetizing photo but it was really good.
I was planning on just eating my hamburger plain, but once again I just couldn’t . My taste buds and sense of smell are still a huge issue. I have trouble eating when I can’t smell it or taste it.
I took a can of GREEN CHILI Sauce and poured it over the top .
Just as I have been doing for awhile now.

I have expensive cuts of meat and am drowning them in sauces I normally wouldn’t.
