Copied from New England Today.

Can you believe it’s time to get ready for Halloween already?! Crazy. Although we are passionate about healthy recipes and a healthy lifestyle, we are not opposed to having some guilt free treats now and then. We don’t think it’s a good idea to have them every day or even every week, but holidays are special days and there is no reason to go without the festivities. Just make the festivities healthy and free of artificial colors and flavors and you are ready for some fun! It also helps to eat a hearty meal before you have treats. It helps you eat less of them. Always a bonus!
